			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I made it to the studio on Friday to test some light modifiers -my new Elinchrom Beauty Dish and some grids for my 10&#215;36 Strip Boxes. I love the control the grids give me, now the light goes exactly where I tell it to go and nowhere else. Why I&#8217;ve been shooting without them for these years I&#8217;ll never know.</p>
<p>I&#8217;m still testing the beauty dish, but &#8220;crisp&#8221; is a word that I&#8217;ve seen used to describe the light. There&#8217;s definitely more snap than when I use the big HUGE Elinchrom Octa-bank. I love my Octa, but sometimes it&#8217;s a tad much (read too large) for practical usage when I&#8217;m on location.</p>
<p>Anyway, here are a few samples of some &#8220;art&#8221; I made using only one light&#8230;</p>
